No he would not be, ans a sci-fi writer wrote an explanation why. And I'll try and keep this as PG or at least PG-13 as possible. Scientists have researched sex for a long time and have found that an orgasm is not much different than an epileptic seizure, so if Superman were in bed with Lois Lane at the point of orgasm Superman's muscles would tense up and would gut Lois like a fish. Then you'd have his super sperm flying around looking for an egg to fertilize. In short Superman should never have sex with any fragile human females of our world.
