Justice vs revenge in batman begins?

Question: Justice vs revenge in batman begins?

(Posted by: Shonin on 2010-03-08 14:11:19)

I wanted to know if anyone saw any scenes that portray this idea in the movie. I know there was one with Bruce and Rachel talking about this ideology in a car and where Bruce refusing to kill a man because it was his sense of justice, but are there anymore scenes? I would like to know if there were any in the middle or near the end.

Bruce is about to kill the criminal who shot his parents but the man is killed before he can do it. Later on he is ashamed of himself for thinking about it and tosses the gun, knowing it was cowardly. He refuses to kill the murderer in the temple where he is training because "its what separates us from them ". He refuses to kill Raz Al Ghul on the train but doesn't save his life, knowing he is too dangerous too live but he can not actually kill him himself.

Yeah, I don't know about what I am talking about. Been too long since I have seen this movie...but looking around for quotes...I found this: "Justice is about more than revenge. "
