Question: Spiderman 4 and a third batman?

I've been trying to keep up with these two for longest, but I herd spidey's been rebooted...? All I can get on batman is side comments from previous interviews and such... Does anybody have a clue?

Don't know about Batman... But Spiderman 4 is supposed to be recasted for a high school age spider man. Idk tho, that's just what ive heard.
