I can't remember if she was DC or Marvel but I'm pretty sure that she was one of them. I believe she had wind manipulation abilities and really long red hair and I think she had a green costume. I was thinking that she was sort of a female version of Red Tornado but she wasn't, so that got smashed...I read about her in a Wizard article but I can't find the issue and don't remember which one it was. It's not Jean Grey because I would know she is my favorite superhero, you are thinking of the green phoenix body suit, but Jean Grey's powers are telekinetic not atmokinetic, this girl that I am thinking of has WIND powers.
